2. Rider Responsibilities

As a rider, you agree to:

• Treat drivers and restaurant staff respectfully.

3. Driver Responsibilities

As a driver, you agree to:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation or delivery services.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

As a restaurant partner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate menu and pricing information.
• Prepare orders promptly and ensure food safety.
• Cooperate with drivers for timely deliveries.

5. Payments

Payments for rides and deliveries are processed through our third-party payment providers. You are responsible for all fees, including taxes and surcharges. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Apps and Website, including logos, text, and designs, is owned by SR California VIP or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or accidents during rides or deliveries.
• Loss or damage to personal property.
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps or Website if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
